From the beginning when we placed Stella Maris on the rental market, the onboarding and process have been very collaborative and educational for us. We are very protective of our investment and appreciate that they act accordingly. They consistently inspect the property before and after every guest and they are extremely responsive to our needs, only minutes go by before a response (they are very quick). Even when challenges arise they have gone above and beyond our expectations to resolve. The town house my family and I stayed in was awesome, super clean, and had everything we needed! It was within a good distance between Navarre, Pensacola, and Santa Rosa! Lots of fun activities around. The property management team was awesome and well organized at responding and helping us out! We would 10/10 come back!
