Stella Maris

The home was beautiful and in a perfect location. We enjoyed many sunsets and even a thunderstorm from the back porch. It 's close proximity to the water was awesome. Easy access to almost everything we wanted to do. My wife and family were there for a week and even renewed our wedding vow's on the back patio. Great time had by all.
My only feedback would be on the water pressure in the bathroom showers. Not what we were expecting at such a beautiful home with high end fixtures.

Stella Maris was the perfect house for our group of 10. Plenty of bedrooms and each bedroom had its own bathroom! We enjoyed the beach right outside the back door and the beach at the ocean. We had a great time and would definitely comeback!

The house & location were awesome! The cleaning of the house was NOT awesome. The two chairs in living room were SO nasty. Stains all over them. The couch covers & living room rug were also very nasty. So much so, that we actually washed the couch covers. The bathroom mats were left hanging in bedroom & were also dirty. I found two sets of spares in another closet, and they smelled SO bad. I also washed those. The cookie sheets are so worn out that everything stuck to them. As did the T-Fal pots. Also, the mattress protectors on most of the beds were disgusting. I so would love to give this home all 5's but I am in hopes that the owner will see this and see that there is a huge issue. Also, when we arrived at 6 pm we still had not been given a door code. Then we had to show proof that we had paid over $7,000 and we were then given 3 more wrong door codes. I finally had to ring the owner with the doorbell to get a correct code. Also you can't control the AC on your own. It is preset.

As a fellow host, your attention to detail is truly appreciated. We genuinely believe that a complaint is a gift, and your insights are helping us make immediate improvements for future guests, and we are grateful for the time you took to provide it. We do wish you would have let us know these concerns during your stay, knowing these owners, these would have resolved to your satisfaction immediately.
While we’re thrilled that you loved the house and our amazing location, please forgive us that the cleaning and arrival experience didn’t meet the high standards we strive for and that you deserved. The owners were recently at the home and did a round of spot-cleaning on the chairs and cushions, but maybe a deeper clean may have been in order, especially mid-high season. We're looking into the recommended kitchenware replacements and will expedite those items right away. We are also meeting with our cleaning team to make sure they are following the strict cleaning procedures we have to ensure concerns you raised never get missed between guests again.
Regarding the AC, the home has the Ecobee smart system that sometimes adjusts for energy efficiency, but guests are absolutely able to make their own adjustments to the temperature within comfortable upper and lower ranges during their stay, and we include instructions for this (and more) in our virtual guidebook. And of course, if you ever need help fine-tuning any settings, we're just a message away and happy to assist.
Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the trouble you experienced with check-in. That should have been seamless with our smart lock system. We’ve already spoken with our team to reinforce proper procedures and make sure current codes are uploaded to avoid any problems for future guests.
We hope to host you again soon so you can observe your positive impact on Stella Maris and experience some of the other exiting updates that are planned!

The home was extremely spacious and clean. They had absolutely EVERYTHING we might have needed-kitchen ware, beach toys, plenty of things to occupy children. It was absolutely beautiful and the view was spectacular, especially at sunset.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. We especially enjoyed the amenities included in the game room, as well as the proximity to the beach on the sound, which was perfect for the youngest members of our family. The house was beautiful, and especially nice because there was a bathroom for each bedroom.

Our family vacation was one for the books! The home was everything & more. Its spaciousness housed our big crew so comfortably, we all had our own space, including bathrooms. The two back lanai’s overlooking the bay were relaxing with serene views & sounds. We looked forward to watching the sun rise & set from there & from the beach down below. The location was perfect! Right on the beach overlooking the bay, & a short walk from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. We were supplied with all the beach gear & more that one could imagine. There were games that forged many fun memories. The AC was much appreciated in the FL summer heat! Everything in the house was clearly labeled and very organized. Great kitchen supplies, super clean, & beautifully curated. We felt the loving presence of Mother Mary, this was one of the reasons we were drawn to choose this space, & so pleased that we did. Thank you for providing such a special landing pad for our family to gather & create lasting memories!

The property was beautiful and slept our family very comfortably. The amenities were exceptional, they really thought of everything. The small list they send you of things to bring is really all you need! You can travel light for a week stay. Pair that with a golf cart rental and you’re set.

We had a lovely stay. The house and views were amazing! The house has a very well-stocked kitchen and the kids loved the game room and the paddle boards. It was great to have the proximity of both the bay and the ocean. We walked on the bay side beach every morning and saw dolphins one day. We were able to unwind and have a relaxing week. Thank you!

10/10 recommend… it was perfect for our large family, everyone had there own space and bed! Beds were nice with additional blankets throughout. You can’t beat the view! We saw dolphins in the mornings, caught fish everyday and enjoyed it all!! Beach was a quick walk! The garage/game room is loaded with anything you can think of for all ages! Will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time at Navarre Beach. There may be equally nice places to stay at this location, but there are not nicer places. It was perfect for our children ages 1-5. Access to the bay was ideal. Will strongly consider booking again if life brings us back to Navarre.

This place was incredible! Although not right on the ocean, the private sound beach was much better! Our group was 5 adults, and 7 children (ages 4-12) This was perfect for the children to just be able to quickly go to the private sound side beach without having to load up everything for ocean/beach.
The house was gorgeous and had literally everything you could possibly need. Space was great, almost everyone had their own private bedroom/bathroom combo. We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful time for our vacation. The beach house was beautiful, and had so many amenities. It’s a great get away for a family and so so so peaceful and quite. We did go during the off season but we will stay at this house again. I didn’t realize that the house is on the Bayside of Navarre, but we didn’t mind at all! It was actually much more secluded and private. I would recommend to stay here. It exceeded my expectations

This was such a gorgeous home with incredible views! Very comfortable for 4 adults and 3 children. We traveled in December so it felt quite private which was glorious! The kitchen was very spacious allowing lots of room to cook brunch and dinner! There’s several yummy restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive and Pensacola is not too far if the kids need some other entertainment. We walked over to the beach a couple times but honestly just enjoyed the beach on the sound! PBP did a great job communicating!
