Great access to the beach! Condo was well equipped with everything you would need! Would stay there again!

The unit was perfect for what I needed while taking care of my grandchildren. It had everything we needed, though an air fryer would be nice:) It was easy to enjoy the pool, walk around the area, and enjoy the beach. This time of year was a bit cold. The only issue we had was after 5pm the keyless entry lock did not work and we were locked out for about 30 minute and the after hours contact number was unable to help resolve the issue. Thankfully, the keyless enters lock eventually opens and we were able to gain access to the room again. This was a tough moment with 3 young grandchildren by myself and bad weather outside. This happened again, but eventually opened after about 5 minutes. The day management replaced to keyless entry lock 2 days after the first incident, due to store availability. Overall, it was a wonderful experience as far as the unit and location was concerned.

Our family had a great time. The condo was stocked with everything our family needed, bedding, dishes, and we especially enjoyed the beach toys and fun stuff-boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. We also liked the back patio where we could sit and relax in rocking chairs and watch the pool. My daughter really enjoyed the shell ID book and took to shell collecting. We were also thankful for the cookies provided on arrival :) I would recommend this condo to anyone especially with a family. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that it was SO nice to have sound machines and fans provided for sleeping, as we all use fans normally at home to sleep.

Flaming Sunrise Condo definitely exceeded our expectations. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The location is adjacent to the pool and steps from the beach. The kitchen has all the tools to make memorable meals. There are plenty of dishes and cookware. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets and very comfortable king size beds and light blocking curtains. The bathrooms are modern. I especially enjoyed the patio which has plenty of chairs and two rocking chairs. The patio is perfect for enjoying the morning sun and coffee. The neighbors are very friendly. The owners made sure our stay was perfect. I’m looking forward to our return next year.

Owner was very responsive during booking process. Everything was as indicated. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Really appreciated the 2 King beds. Condo was very clean, was super easy to access during our stay. Pool was well maintained and staff was very friendly. Loved the sound machines in both bedrooms. We had a family in town and always love our stays at Beachview. This was one of the units, and was perfect - better than we were expecting! We stayed at this condo in 2018 and enjoyed it so much that we returned in July of 2022. Nice, large, clean unit with plenty of kitchen supplies and furniture. Pool right outside the patio door. Quick walk to the beach. Owner nice to work with. No real complaints - we knew from staying there prior that there is noise from the upstairs condo, but we were gone so much that it wasn't a problem. There are fans and sound machines in both bedrooms, and that helped with any noise during the night. I would still give this condo 5 stars and plan to return again next time we visit Navarre!

Our family of parents, grandma, and 2 young children enjoyed a Thanksgiving week vacation at Navarre Beach. The condo had a good setup for our needs, including kitchen with washer/dryer unit for laundry (a must) at the beach. The location beachside (2 min walk across the parking lot and over the dunes) was ideal as well as its location next to the Springhill Marriott hotel next door (which has great beachfront pool and hot tub that you could access with resortpass.com). We did not use the condo pool or tennis court during our stay but they seemed in good shape. Regarding location- Navarre Beach is restful, on the quieter side. Gulf Islands National Seashore a few minutes drive down the road. Lots of kid fun/amenities in nearby Destin and Pensacola Beach (each about a 30 min drive from Navarre Beach).

Owner called to sure I had no problems greeting in Condo on my arrival. That was nice and was available to answer any of my concerns. Everything was very nice. The rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking pans. Great location for getting to the beach. Or you could walk out your back door to enjoy the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Road access to Pensacola Beach a nice drive with parking lots in between where beach access is awesome. The room had a book for entertainment, stores, restaurants nearby. Even suggestions for activities which is excellent to have especially when kids are on the trip. The condo is near the beach within walking distance. Great place to stay.

This was a clean and nicely located property. I liked having the first floor. You could walk right out to the pool and tennis courts. We really appreciated the extra amenities like use of the beach chairs, sand toys, and little things like soap and dish detergent. It allowed us to pack a little lighter for the trip. Walmart and Aldi weee nearby for easy grocery access. The pier was nice and the beach was great! We will Definitly be back!

We had a great vacation during our stay in Flaming Sunrise. The home was exactly what we needed with just a short walk to the beach. It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. We really appreciated that we had use of beach chairs. The communication with the owners was easy with quick responses. We can't wait to go again!

Our favorite part was the location of the pool. It was literally right outside our door. The property has the patio tables and chairs super convenient to eat outside and from there watch the kids swim in the pool which is a few feet away. The beach was also within walking distance. You just had to cross the bridge. That was our favorite part. The house itself is great. It had everything we needed. They even had beach stuff like floaties, noodles, sand toys, nets and small surfboards. The beach umbrellas and chairs came also very handy. We also liked that they had an ice maker. We have nothing but the best to say about the property and the owner. If there’s something to be addressed is that the door to the master bedroom kept on locking on its own and the sink on the other bathroom took a longer time than usual to drain. In the kitchen also the faucet had to be closed a certain way otherwise it would drip. But those things were not an issue for us. That’s just things that can be easily fixed. We had a family with children right in top of us that you could hear the running but that’s nobody’s fault. We just happened to book at the same time that they did and their children were active but once again that has nothing to do with the property. It was clean, comfortable king beds, spacious and good communication. The beach was great. We had a great time and highly recommend this property. It’s on the ground floor which is great for seniors!!

We began our vacation on a positive note when we opened the door to a clean condo and realized how close we were to the pool and beach access. Our daughter was approached by a lady who asked if she was staying in one of the units, come to find out it was Yvonne, she made our daughter feel welcomed, knowing someone was checking the proper renters to the condo.

We spent five, enjoyable nights in this condo. It was perfectly situated beyond the high condo towers but close enough to the pier to walk there. We were surprised at how quiet the condo was. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare three meals each day. It was nice to be able to park just a few feet from the door. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to kick back and relax away from your everyday chores. Great restaurants to partake of just down the street OR just stay in and cook on the grill. We had a wonderful week, my wife shelling and me enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sound of the waves. We’re planning on visiting again as soon as we can.

Our stay at Flaming Sunrise was a relaxing time with our family. Flaming Sunrise was a nice two bedroom, two bathroom place to stay that is right by the beach. It isn't one of those high rise condos with lots of people. It is a ground floor unit. You park your car in front of door and walk in. The back door has a patio by the pool and is very nice. They had a table and around 6 chairs on their patio. They also have a hose to wash the sand off and we kept all of our beach chairs etc. on the patio during the week. They have a "small" communal charcoal grill right by our patio. We only used it once and it got the job done. I had read that they don't allow you to bring your own gas/charcoal grill so we brought an electric griddle and and electric skillet. I used them to cook on the patio. They have electrical outlets on the patio. They also had some beach toys and a beach chair in the closet which was nice. The people who live in this complex were friendly to us and we enjoyed our time at Navarre Beach. This is our third time to come to Navarre Beach but our first time to stay at Flaming Sunrise. They were very easy to work with and took good care of us at check in and check out. We look forward to coming back.

Beach toys and chairs to use. Lots to See and Eat and Do. We had a thoroughly great time, and would certainly stay again.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this condo in our first trip to Navarre. Susan, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to texts/messages. (My daughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed animal there and Susan made sure it was locked up to so she could mail it back when she came down:) A huge deal to a child that it didn’t just get tossed out!) The condo is perfectly situated for a “walk” to the beach. Maybe 50 steps—not even an issue! No cart needed. While it doesn’t face the ocean, it’s basically as close as you can get to it and the walkway to the beach. The unit backs right up to the pool yet was never loud or noticeable. Other guests and residents were friendly and quiet. (Although we could hear every movement possible from the upstairs folks—but it could have been that there were way more guests than allowed up there.) Lots of comfy seating in the living room and adequately furnished kitchen. We would absolutely go back to this condo and recommend it to others:)

Navarre is a quiet haven away from the crazy, tourist areas of Pensacola and Destin, but a short drive so you can enjoy the amenities those locations offer. We loved the drive to Pensacola along the gulf and spent time in Ft. Walton and Destin for shopping and dining. Navarre also offers some great restaurants if you prefer to stay close.

Condo was as pictured online . Very nice, not overly decorated. Had all the comforts of home. Comfortable beds. Right by pool , which was a plus as I had 3 grandchildren who wanted to swim daily. Short distance to beach . We enjoyed our stay and had a great time . Loved Navarre beach, very family oriented and not so overcrowded as some other beaches are. Plan on coming back next year .

The place was clean, neat, and had everything you would need if needing a place for more than a few days. And soooo close to the ocean gulf side (was literally a walk and bam you were there). We had rented the place because it was close to where our friends wedding was being held. Was a great deal because we split the condo with some of our friends who were also a part of the wedding party ( you can have up to 6 people, we had 5 and was very spacious). With the tile floor it was easy to clean up any sand that may have came back with you (it doesn't matter how much you try to shake it off, you will always find more on you). Plenty of restaurants and bars around the area ( loved the sand bar Juanas). If I had the chance, would definitely book this condo again just because of its prime location, access to the beach, and cleanliness of the actual condo. Neighbors were awesome and cool too. Very friendly and informative to what to check out. We fell in love with Navarre Florida and had an amazing time!! Thank you!! 💕😁

At one point I turned to my friend, who was holding my 1-year-old, who was adjusting her baby life jacket, and I said, "I don't feel like I'm in someone else's condo." Then I exited the back door, which is immediately next to the grill, which was cooking four cheeseburgers, and I jumped into the pool, which was immediately next to the cheeseburgers, and it was refreshing, and I did not splash the food, and my daughter smiled at my friend big enough that my friend saw my daughter's three top teeth, which transmitted a cuteness so pure and extreme that it splintered my friend's iPhone camera lens, and the moment could therefore not be recorded for others on Instagram, but it exists now as a story we will tell, and that is better. Then we ate and went to the beach and swam until it got dark. The next day, we all shared a piece of key lime pie so fresh at a nearby restaurant that more than one of us actually closed our eyes mid-bite, and later on, my friend's not-quite-1-year-old boy identified the correct farm animal in a book by pointing with his finger, which, according to my friend, was the first time that had ever happened. Back home they say, "It's nice to have you in Birmingham," and it is, it is. But we might book this place again, and this place is in Navarre.

We spent 5 days here and loved it! The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. The furniture is newer and very nice. The beds were great and we slept well. There were beach toys and chairs in the closets and there was a very well stocked kitchen. It was a quick walk through the parking lot to the beach. We enjoyed the tennis courts and the pool as well. This was our first time to Navarre Beach, the weather was beautiful and the condo was great. It was just as described. It was just a short walk to the beach. It had plenty of towels which was also nice. There were a closet full of beach toys and 2 chairs and 2 umbrellas for our use. The beds were clean comfortable. We did not cook while we were there but the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. We could sit on the patio, relax and enjoy the pool which was just a few steps away and that was nice as well. Before our arrival the owner, Susan was a great help in getting our Reservation set up as it was a change of plans last minute due to the hurricane in PCB. We were a few steps from the pool and the beach which made it convenient to grab something we forgot or, run back to the condo and make a picnic lunch! Everyone was friendly and the restaurants near by were very good! We love it!

Condo was clean and spacious. Has everything you need plus additional things like games and beach stuff. Beach is a short walk away. Sand is powdery and ocean Caribbean blue. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, and lots of sea birds. Also a lot to do in the area. You can walk out on a pier, go to the turtle conversation center, and the Gulf Breeze Zoo. There are plenty of restaurants between Pensacola and Navarre. My favorite is the closest one, Windjammers. Great place! Would recommend to anyone!

We went in December with a 4 year old. While the weather wasn't great, we made it to the beach every night since it's basically a 1 minute walk to the beach. Its very close to national wildlife parks, there are zoos and plenty of activities for kids nearby. The condo itself very well decorated and extremely spacious. Loved the laid back style with elegance. They had towels and everything we needed to cook! Smart TVs and wifi kept our child occupied when needed. And OH the beds!!! Very cozy- I meant to look at the description on them. Overall a great stay! Thanks for a nice place to chill with the family. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at this property was great! It was a family vacation so our son and his family were there with us and everyone was impressed with both the location and the property. It was attractively decorated, nice and bright, and most importantly, very clean. It was also very well supplied with kitchen accessories, towels, etc. And ... the icing on the cake was the proximity to the beach. We would definitely choose this property again!,

This condo is steps from the beach and the pool is directly off of the back patio! The complex is well kept, there were nice neighbors that live here full time and a lovely walkway/bike path directly across the street that stretches for miles. Loved the king sized beds they were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook a nice meal. The smart TVs were a nice touch too! We will be back.

This condo is perfectly located. The beautiful gulf and stunning white sand is about a half minute’s walk. Shelling and spending time on the beach was so relaxing! There are several very good restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed shopping, the zoo and a couple museums. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Having the pool right outside the door was a bonus. This was the perfect place for me to relax and unwind. I will be back!!

This is the third time we have stayed here and will continue to stay here. It's always clean and very comfortable. Short walk to the beach and has everything you need for a great vacation with or without children very relaxing. I would highly recommend this condo. Forget the hotels.
